Wednesday...

Well the small creature and I had a better nights kip and Daisy's cough seems to have become a lot better although mine still resembles a St Bernard!

Today was Gym tots day which means small creatures doing assault courses or alternatively, looking for their mates and running over to see them for a hug and a kiss, either way, it was good fun. This was followed by lunch at Sainsbury's with Abi and Charlotte then a mammoth 3 hour kip.

We then played in the garden and after leaving Daze for 5 minutes to fend for herself, the garden now resembles a huge sandpit, so did the kitchen and most of the living room! Still, she enjoyed herself.

Spag bol followed by lots of book reading then a request at 18.45 to go to bed so Daze is now fast asleep and I'm spoiling myself with a cup of tea and the football, rock and roll!!

Tuesday.....

Nothing exciting to report today. Daisy and I have mostly been coughing and had no kip for most of last night so an easy day starting with Asda, lunch, kip, beach, tea, play and bed.

Told you it wasn't exciting! Although, we did buy some furry slippers for crazy Daze to replace her old Peppa Pig ones and I had some more of Auntie Claires PP birthday cake :0)

Hopefully we will both be less miserable tomorrow.......................

Monday...

Hi folks,
well, Monday means Daisy has spent the morning in nursery with her little feral monkey buddies. Spending her time either covered in paint, sand, water, food or all of it at once which is most nursery days!

She then had a mammoth 3 hour kip this afternoon followed by some drawing when she got up and she then helped me make her "Daisy reward chart".  It is designed so she gets a star everytime she tidies her toys away, gets onto the changing mat when she is told and one for eating all her food. Here is a wee picture of our artwork:

She has managed to get 4 stars on day 1 although, she hasn't quite grasped the concept of it all yet.....
You can tell by looking at the feral monkey that she is a wee bit under the weather.
Her bad cough and cold that was going away has now come back  and 2 constant green streams of goo are very attractive along with a stuffed nose, poor thing.

Anyway, thats about it. We hope Mama is enjoying herself at Dartmouth and it was nice to get to chat to her today. We love and miss choo!! xxx

Birthday and Dartmouth weekend

Hi folks,
well we have had a few busy days which I have spent most of it in bed with a nasty chest infection, still onwards and upwards. Anyway, thought I'd start a daily blog for you all to catch up on what is going on.

Crazy Daisy has just had her second birthday, where does the time go! Daisy had a nice surprise when she got a birthday phone call from Auntie Karen, thanks Fisher for doing that :0)

Her birthday was on Friday so we started out with cards and pressies in bed before heading out to the wonders of Peppa Piiiiiggg world which she loved. Then when we got back, Nana and Gaga were waiting, so more pressies and some general monkeyness. Then Auntie Smells turned up so it was a quick hello before heading to bed.

On Saturday, more pressies, a walk down the beachy, a mammoth kip then a party!  This is when Auntie Claire revealed her masterpiece that is the Peppa Pig cake!! It was amazing and Daisy loved it so thanks to Auntie Claire and Huncle Huncle Hanthony for taking time to make it. Loads more playing and e numbers before being packed off to bed shattered.

 

On Sunday, it was all a wee bit rushed as Anna had to get up and head off to Dartmouth for her well deserved Officer training. So unfortunately Mama is away for 6 weeks now :0(  We will miss you Mama but don't forget to enjoy yourself as we will be mk!! 

Anyway, just planning on doing a wee entry each day so Mama can catch up on our antics at home. Will also try and post some fots when I can so you can all see how even more mad her hair is becoming and just how fast she is growing up :0)
